Returned with original tags attached
Returned in its original condition and packaging

13. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product because of:

An incorrect size selected
An unwanted color or style
A product no longer being needed

Rose Gold Miami will cover approved return shipping costs when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return conditions.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to display the refund.
